Urmel was an animated TV-Series that was made in Germany of 1996. It follows an animated re-envisioning of Urmel's adventures on the island of Titiwu, based on the books by Max Kruse. It had only one season and aired until 1997.

A pig named Toots decided to consume a liquid in hopes it can help her diet, but instead it made her gain weight to the point of being stuck in her own cabin. She returns back to normal off camera once Urmel and his friends brought in a big turnip.
