Wikipedia

Toriko is a manga written and drawn by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro on May 19, 2008. It was made into an anime series by Toei Animation a few years later with a debut on April 10, 2011, following a crossover special with One Piece, and a final episode on March 30, 2014. The series follows Toriko, a Gourmet Hunter, who hunts for rare, diverse foods to complete a full-course meal.

Manga

Fork and Knife!! (Volume 1, Chapter 2)

Toriko never grows fat from eating food, as he contains Gourmet Cells that store millions of calories, but occasionally he does get severely bloated for comic effect. The first time this happens is when he eats a whole Galala Gator.

Vegetable Sky!! (Volume 12, Chapter 106)

Toriko and Komatsu stuff themselves when they find Vegetable Sky, a garden of gigantic food residing in the clouds, but the food digests fast and this is a problem for them.

Ozone Herb!! (Volume 13, Chapter 107)

Vs. Livebearer!! (Volume 19, Chapter 165)

Toriko manages to eat the whole of Pudding Mountain, literally an oversized mountain of pudding.
