Tom and Jerry is an American animated series of short films created in 1940 by Bill Hanna and Joe Barbara. The original series is important for having won seven Academy Awards, tying it with Walt Disney's Silly Symphonies as the most-awarded theatrical animated series.

The series also won more Oscars than any other animated series.

Jerry must look after his always-hungry nephew named Nibbles and keep him away from Tom.  At the end of the short, the nephew eats the humans' entire Thanksgiving dinner.

Tom feeds little duck to get him full in order to eat him.

Tom inflated Jerry into a balloon using a beach ball and whose off.

Tom inflates himself with a tourniquet trying to stop the "bleeding" after thinking that he becomes insane again by "stabbing himself in the chest"

This episode is in fact a reference to "Mouse Wreckers".
