The Penguins of Madagascar is a Nickelodeon CGI animated TV series spin off of the main movie franchise, Madagascar. The series takes place in a New York zoo and revolves around the four highly skilled commando penguins from the movies - Skipper, Kowalski, Rico, and Private - who engage in various adventures and wacky antics.

Kowalski tries to shrink Burt when he is stuck with a ray gun, but accidently shrinks himself. Burt uses the ray gun to try to fix him, but changes him in different ways, such as making him fat.

Action Reaction (S03E04b)

Skipper is accidently doused with a chemical called inflatium which causes him to inflate everytime he's stressed. He blimps and returns to normal size off and on throughout the entire episode. He later decides to use his bloated state as a weapon against an enemy of theirs after finally coping with his stress and accepting his condition.

After Skipper's efforts to take down the enemy, King Julien effortlessly lands the final blow after falling onto the enemy much to Skipper's irritation. Pent up on stress, Skipper then proceeds to inflate at an alarming rate until he finally bursts. But Skipper remains completely intact. it turns out it was just a latex skin layer rather than Skipper's actual body. King Julien also suffers the same effects at the end after being exposed to inflatium.
