Skylanders is a video game franchise where one can bring toys specific to the game to life within a virtual reality where they can freely roam, interact, and upgrade their abilities by using a device called the Portal of Power. Players must place the Skylanders toys on the Portal of Power in order to transfer the characters into the game. It was originally a spin-off of the Spyro the Dragon series.

The playable character roster consists of various creatures that are classified by elemental classes such as water, air, earth, life, undead, tech, etc. This series is what sprouted the toys-to-life genre which was followed by other entries such as Disney Infinity and later Nintendo using their amiibo features.

The Skylanders franchise consists of five games up to date, Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure; guest starring Spyro, Skylanders: Giants, Skylanders: Swap Force, Skylanders: Trap Team, and the recent Skylanders: SuperChargers, also guest starring Nintendo representatives Bowser and Donkey Kong.

Skylanders: Giants

In Bouncer's Heroic Challenge (Blobbers' Folly), Blobbers eats too much food and bloats into a ball shape. He has to be rolled to the exit and can be used to attack enemies.

Skylanders: Trap Team

Gusto is an air type Skylander with the ability to inflate his belly by swallowing large amounts of air through a powerful vacuum-like inhalation move. He can also swallow his enemies this way for bigger results. He is also still mobile in this state complete with a jiggling bloated belly that wobbles with each step and jump he makes.
