Richie Rich is an American animated TV series produced by Hanna-Barbera based on the Harvey Comics series and character of the same name. The show aired alongside the similarly produced Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo, The Little Rascals, Pac-Man, and Mochhichis cartoons on ABC from November 1980 to September 1984.

Each episode of the show featured segments with a specific theme and story structure categorized as follows: “Riches” were stories that focused on dilemmas involving Richie and his family, “Treasure Chest” were episodes that featured members of Richie's staff and/or his dog, Dollar, “Gems” were short gag segments, and “Zillion-Dollar Adventures” were high-stakes adventures involving Richie and his friends fighting villainous threats.
