Over the Hedge is an American newspaper comic written by Michael Fry and drawn by T. Lewis. It has been running since 1995, and also has a 2006 film adaptation made by DreamWorks Animation. The comic follows RJ the raccoon, Verne the turtle, and Hammy the squirrel. Their woodland home has been turned into a suburban area, so they try to deal with all the changes. However, they are often enticed by what humanity brings, such as technology.
