"Sweats"

The Weirdness makes one's insecurity physically blow up if their sweat comes in contact. Towards the episode's climax, Kevin helps Harold win a wrestling match that he worried over (after suffering from a reverse effect with the Weirdness) as his sweat drips onto his torso, giving him a sumo-like buff-up. As usual, Harold, and all the other victims of the Weirdness snap back to normal after the episode ends, just in case the Weirdness doesn't end before it.
