Luigi's Mansion 3 is a video game developed by Next Level Games and released for the Nintendo Switch in 2019.
Chambrea the ghost maid steals Professor E. Gadd's briefcase on floor 5F, forcing Luigi to chase her around the floor to retrieve it.
In the kitchen on floor 2F, a mouse eats one of the elevator buttons that Luigi needs to access another floor. After getting the button back, it gets eaten by another mouse shortly after.
