The Legion of Super-Heroes is a superhero team in the DC Comics universe, created by Otto Binder and Al Plastino and first appearing in 1958. At first, the team was a trio of super-powered teenagers from the future who worked together with Superboy. Over time, more members were added, each with their own abilities and personalities, and the Legion became more prominent.
