The Legion of Super-Heroes is a superhero team in the DC Comics universe, created by Otto Binder and Al Plastino and first appearing in 1958. At first, the team was a trio of super-powered teenagers from the future who worked together with Superboy. Over time, more members were added, each with their own abilities and personalities, and the Legion became more prominent.

The Powers That Were (Legion of Super Heroes in the 31st Century #3, 2007)

In try-outs for the Legion, Infectious Lass spreads a virus that switches the heroes' powers. Lightning Lad not only gets Bouncing Boy's powers, but also his weight.
