How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift? (also known as Danberu Nan Kiro Moteru?) is a manga series created by Yabako Sandrovich as writer and MAAM as illustrator. It debuted in August 2016 with an anime adaptation airing in July 2019. The series follows Hibiki Sakura, a high school girl with a big appetite. After noticing her expanding waistline, she decides to go to the new Silverman Gym, where she finds her schoolmate Akemi Soryuin is also considering joining. The gym is mostly occupied by macho men, except for the trainer Naruzo Machio. Hibiki becomes smitten with him and joins to lose weight.
