Hero: 108 is a European/Taiwanese/American animated television series created by Yang-Ming Tarng. It aired on Cartoon Network in both the US and UK on March 1, 2010. The series centers around a group known as Big Green, a force made up of humans and animals working to restore peace in Hidden Kingdom. The protagonists, First Squad, usually fight the forces of High Roller, who tricked animals into thinking humans were the enemy.

As per the bet for losing the game, High Roller has to drink a water tower's worth of watermelon juice.
