Golden Crisp, formerly known in the US and still known in Canada as Sugar Crisp, is a sweetened, puffed wheat cereal manufactured by Post Cereals. Its mascot is Sugar Bear, an anthropomorphic cartoon bear who sings his catchphrase, "Can't get enough of that Golden Crisp."

Post Sugar Crisp - Factory

Sugar Bear acts as packaging when raiding a Sugar Crisp factory in two out of three Canadian TV commercials aired in 1993, getting stuffed from Sugar Crisp cereal.

Another Canadian commercial from somewhere between the late 90's and early 00's features Sugar Bear stuffing himself with cereal until he is shaped like a giant ball, for similar reasons.
