Elementals is a dark superhero comic created by Bill Willingham and was published in the 1980s through to the 1990s. The evil sorcerer Lord Saker builds the Shadowspear to harness supernatural powers, upsetting the natural order. Ancient elemental spirits resurrect four deceased humans and give them power over the element that killed them. These four, known as the Elementals, battle against Lord Saker and various magical beasts.
