I've reviewed your edit history and you have been creating pages with no content. We set the bar fairly low for new pages: we just need a sentence or two describing the show and the episode number of at least one scene. While it's not recommended, you don't even have to add an infobox, gallery or description for the scene. When you create a page with just <a href="/index.php?title=Template:Work_in_progress&action=edit&redlink=1" class="new" title="Template:Work in progress (page does not exist)">Template:Work in progress</a>, it gives the impression that you want other people to fill it up and do the work for you. You've been repeatedly warned about this and given a 1-month ban so I think a 3-month ban is reasonable.
