Blue Exorcist (sometimes known as Ao No Exorcist) is a manga series by Kazue Katō. It has been serialized in Jump Square since April 2009, with an anime adaptation debuting in April 2011, additional seasons releasing in the following years. The series mainly focuses on a teenage boy named Rin Okumura. Both he and his twin brother, Yukio, are revealed to be the offspring of a powerful demon named Satan. After the exorcist who raised them is killed while protecting him and his brother, Rin strives to become an exorcist himself and defeat his father, despite his demonic abilities and heritage.
