Be Healthy! Be Happy! is an American animated educational short film produced by Portafilms in 1963. The film uses quirky animal characters to teach the importance of heathy life choices.

One character is a picky cat that refuses to eat a balanced diet, but comes around when he realizes how much weight he would eventually put on if he kept eating nothing but junk food.
