Diet Go Go

Diet Go Go is an arcade game developed by Data East. It tells the story of two children that must stop an evil scientist from fattening up the world. In the game, you can fatten up all enemies except for the giant bosses by throwing food at them and then using the fattened enemies as weapons. The player character can also get fat.

A game with an almost identical premise is Bang Bang Busters, except in it, you inflate enemies with air instead of food.
